WORK & QUALITY INSTRUCTIONS
Through the use of customer specific work and quality instructions, all aspects of the process are carefully monitored at every stage of production. For new die casting projects, Quality Control as well as Engineering is fully involved in the development stages
PROCESS CONTROL
Dimensional data is verified by the use of Coordinated Measuring Machines along with conventional gauges and measuring tools. Bardane duplicates customer fixturing and customer quality checking methods to achieve component compliance
X-RAY
Real time x-ray of castings and shot monitoring capabilities allows us to focus on process control where pressure tightness and sealing characteristics are essential.
