CNC Machine Upgrade

We have replaced one of our older vertical CNC machine with a new drill, tap, mill center from Jyoti USA.

10,000 RPM spindle and fast automatic tool changer allow for a maximum of 24 tools, capable of high precision, tight tolerance machining applications. Dual 31.50 x 15.75 pallets promote continuous production to achieve excellent cycle time with almost no time lost for load-unload. A increased sized work envelope can accommodate the majority of our larger sized castings.

We plan to purchase & install a duplicate machine in the second quarter of this year.
